Includes schedule of title dating from 1716. The indenture pertains to the conveyance of property under the Last Will and Testament of Mary Spence, a widow, with property in Tadcaster. The parties include a Schoolmaster, Common Brewers, and others, anems of Thoresby, Bullock, and Brooksbank. Nicely penned with fancy printed vignette and large handwritten calligraphy headers to each sheet. Many signatures by seals and on verso. Great legal document in Very Good condition, first leaf with wear and light loss at one fold, some mild discoloration and creasing. Measures 30 x 26".
