Welcome to the Crusty Old Diver! "Le Petit Journal Deep Sea Diver Fighting a Gaint Octopus" This is an original print from a French newpaper back cover "Le Petit Journal" from 1909. Depicted on the print is a diver in the grips of a struggle with a giant octopus. From what I've researched the newspaper printhouse was destroyed in the 2nd world war. Therefore these rare diving prints are gone forever in the original format. This is an incredibly rare piece of diving history and is suitable for framing. Size is 12" wide x 17" high. Good Luck!
