Antique Ship Model of the Charmer, w/Water style base #6 of 5 Antique Ship Models we are currently Selling This is an antique ship model that is probably circa 1900 in age. The bottom is actually made to look like water as if the ship is sailing in it which is very unusual. The base measures 37x112.75 inches. The model measures 31 inches in total length and 22 inches in height, and 4.5 inches wide.The ship model is a copy of the clipper Ship called the Charmer which was out of Boston,MA built back in the 1850s. The sail riggings and poles are not the best quality, it is definitely a home made from the 1920s. The ship model is in pretty good condition .We took a lot of pics to give you a good idea of the age, quality and condition so please check them all out. IT just came out of an attic, we gave it a light cleaning but it could use some more. We definitely would prefer the winning bidder to pick this up in person so it wont get damaged in shipping. However we know that is not always possible so we can box it up the best we can at a cost of $100 for shipping in the continetal United States ONLY. We are not professional shippers so if it gets damaged we are not responsible. We can drop it off at a professional shipping company but they will probably charge around $400 to ship and pack this in the continental United States.
