Decorated with colored glazes. -COLORS: 1 -FACTORY: Hasselt Belgium. -DIMENSIONS: 6" x 6" -APROXIMATE DATE: ca 1900 For a single colour tile this is really quite dramatic. Super dark fawn color highly translucent extremely delicate details as one can see from the excellent colour variation between the relief lines and the background. Exquisite line fluency and concave and convex curves forms this unique tile. - CONDITION: This tile is in perfect condition, no flaws or repairs exist. Cement on reverse was carefully removed so minimal traces are remaining. Surface, as you can see, has a firm color and smooth glaze surface. Only minimal scratches and tiny chips may be seen, but this is nothing for a more than 100 year old architectural piece.
