We will contact winners within 1 hour of the close of the auction. This email will be sent to the email address used when bidding. The email is sent automatically to the address supplied by eBay in the winners Confirmation email. If it has been more than 24 hours after the auction has ended and you have not received payment instructions, please contact us. How do I pay for my rug? To submit payment you will need to access our Checkout page through the secure link supplied in the winning email. I purchased a few rugs. Can you combine the shipping together? Each rug is individually pre-packed and shipped from different facilities. In some cases we will try combining the order to efficiently track it. View details about our Shipping.
