Steingut - Germany -DIMENSIONS: 6" x 6" -APROXIMATE DATE: ca 1900 Wonderfull deep prussian blue color, incredible low relief moulding showing the best of German Art nouveau decor. Naturalistic designs abstracted geometrically. Asymetric leavesforms a continous friso crowned by a row of little squares. Great Factory production, smooth glaze. - CONDITION: This tile is in perfect condition, no flaws or repairs exist. Cement on reverse was carefully removed so minimal traces are remaining. Surface, as you can see, has a firm color and smooth glaze surface. Only minimal scratches and tiny chips may be seen, but this is nothing for a more than 100 year old architectural piece.
