About Riva Aquarama: Describes as Rolls-Royce of the Sea', "Stradivarius of Boating" and many other phrases, The Riva Aquarama will forever be a legend, a symbol of style and luxury. In 1962, first series are introduced as new fast runabouts with so much charm and elegance. The Riva Aquarama is also the last of the traditional Italian mahogany runabouts. The name was suggested by Carlo Riva who proposed to loin the two words 'aqua' (water) and 'cinerama' (cyclorama). The Aquarama was built from the hull of the Tritone, which was at the time the top large model of the whole Riva production.
